Krauthaker
Vlado Krauthaker, engineer of agronomy, oenologist and since 1992 owner of Krauthaker Viticulture and Cellaring, embraces the rich viticultural and winemaking tradition of the Kutjevo region. When the winery was founded, it owned 1 hectare of vine plantations, and in 2020, the area under plantations amounts to 45 hectares. Another 65 hectares were contracted through cooperation with private producers.
In the Krauthaker cellar, wines of all vintages are nurtured and matured - from the late to the selective harvest of dried berries. Thanks to the preserved nature, the favorable climate and climate, and above all the high-quality land on which, in addition to the autochthonous graševina, world-famous grape varieties are grown - a total of 25 different wine labels come out of the Krauthaker cellar.
Viticulture and winemaking Krauthaker pays special attention to the domestic autochthonous variety Graševina, which often wins medals at wine fairs and exhibitions. Growing vines according to eco principles and continuity of quality stand out as an important determinant of own production.
