Modern, soft, full and warm, with a lot of fruitiness in a harmonious combination with well-matched herbal and spicy threads and a floral note. In the mouth lively with a noticeable but unobtrusive tannin structure, finely rounded, quite long. Darker sparkling ruby colours, with a discreet but strong enough scent that takes a little time to open. After, it shows a pleasant and complex bouquet with ripe dark berries and stone fruits backed by hints of smoke and vanilla, shades of dark flowers and dried and spicy herbs.
Along with duck, game meat, lamb chops, semi-hard aged cheeses.
