This complex wine is full of freshness and fruity aromas supported by spicy notes expressed with moderation and in a fine way. The wine was partly matured in wood, which is felt in the complex aromas, and partly in stainless steel, which gives it freshness and fruitiness. Brighter and vivid straw yellow colour with a gentle greenish shade. The bouquet refers to white homemade seeded fruit with notes of citrus, vanilla and lemon peel with a delicate touch of wood and smoke. In the mouth very lively, with good freshness combined with quite a mild sweetness, beautiful, creamy, rounded, warm, firm and fruity. Lively finish with solid durability, retronasal with a hint of smoke. Still can successfully age and be better.
