Krauthaker Graševina Mitrovac wine comes exclusively from old vineyards, 30 years old and older. Part of the work in the vineyard is done with horses. The harvest is 2 weeks later than the regular harvest.
Graševina Mitrovac is a substantial, multi-layered, sophisticated and dynamic wine with a youthful nerve, with finely expressed fruitiness, a warm, firm backbone and a lot of meat. Attractive appearance, oily, straw-yellow with a greenish tint, impeccable clarity. On the nose, open, clean, lasts. The smell is fresh and alive, full, warm, sweet, the bouquet is with primary and secondary aromas, and it is characterized by minerals and a complex fruity smell full of notes of white, yellow and green fruit. The taste is delicious, lively, slightly sharp and finely bitter, spicy, rounded, juicy, warming, body very good.
With warm appetizers such as štukle from Zagorje (tradicional and simple 'pulled pasta' dish, with filling), pasta with cheese-based sauce, vegetable stew, chicken, white fish, aromatic cheeses such as goat cheese.
