JUNIPER BERRIES - Juniper berries are the only spice obtained from conifer tree. They are traditionally used in the production of gin and are the main ingredient that gives gin its characteristic aroma. Add to Gin&Tonic to further emphasize the taste of gin or as a decoration.
HIBISCUS FLOWER - This colourful, edible flower is used for preparation of various teas and lemonades, instead of lemons and limes. It is a natural dye and decoration in cocktails and gives a slightly pink to red colour if kept in the drink for longer.
DEHYDRATED PINEAPPLE - Use dried pineapple slices as a spice for Gin&Tonic, cocktails, teas and other beverages.
DEHYDRATED LIME - Favorite citrus on the cocktail scene, decoration and ingredient for hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It goes well with drinks based on gin, vodka, rum, and is an integral part of various cocktails (Margarita, Mojito, Gimlet and Cuba Libre).
DEHYDRATED ORANGE PEEL - Orange peel is full of aromatic taste and aroma of orange, you can use it in the preparation of tea, but also hot beverages such as punch, mulled wine and grog and extended drinks with tonic or soda, or as a cocktail decoration.
PERSIAN ROSE BUDS - Beautiful aroma and decorative appearance, added to cocktails or tea blends. Edible, sweet in taste.
STAR ANIS - Sweet and strong smell, leaves a refreshing taste in the mouth. It is used as a spice for mulled wine, tea and punch, but also for many cold cocktails, herbal liqueurs and anise-based drinks (Ouzo, Pernod, Sambuca, etc.).
PINK PEPPER - The aroma of the berry is pleasantly fruity with a hint of pine. The taste is fruity, resinous and sweetly aromatic, similar to pine, but less intense.
