Krauthaker Graševina late harvest is a complex, harmonious, very refined, elegant, dynamic wine with well-expressed fruitiness. Warm wine, that takes time in the bottle to develop. Attractive, shiny straw yellow colour with a greenish tinge. On the nose fresh, indicates sweet, complex, lasting. The bouquet features ripe fresh candied fruit with notes of white and yellow seeded fruit, bright flowers, notes of honey and mild notes of noble mold. The taste is sweet, thanks to a certain salinity and good acidity, very lively, it is somewhat syrupy, rounded, warm, the finish is fruity, slightly spicy in the direction of sweet spices, lasting.
With Asian sweet and sour cuisine, then with spicy Slavonian dishes, with aromatic cheeses and cheeses with noble mold and with less sweet desserts.
