Pinot Gris from Krauthaker is a lively, warm, refined, harmonious wine with well-expressed fruitiness and freshness, without the spicy effects of wood. Brighter straw yellow colour, crystal clear, the scent suggests ripe white and green fruits, apple, pear, peach with delicate notes of exotic fruits and citrus, kiwi, lemon peel and hay. It is salty in the mouth, the appropriate acidity is in harmony with the mild sweetness of the wine. Taste nicely rounded, in the mouth of solid length.
With pasta dishes, risottos, white fish, roasted light meat.
