Geographical origin of the Hvar vineyard from the chosen best locality of Dubje in the central part of the island of Hvar. It is produced by hand-cultivating the vineyard raised on 220 terraces with a difference in height of 150 meters, and by hand-selection of the best harvested grapes with an average yield of 0.3-0.5 kg per vine from the autochthonous Dalmatian variety Plavac mali and the autochthonous Hvar variety Darnekuša. The wine ages for a minimum of 24 months in oak barrique barrels and another 12 months in oak barrels before bottling. We recommend serving it with mandatory decanting at least 30 minutes before. Aging potential up to 20 years.
