Zlatan Plavac barrique is a rich structure wine with a slightly animal note, aromas of prunes, cherries and chocolate. Distinctly southern in character and strength. Aging in 225 l barrique barrels contributes to the density of the wine and the roundness of the aromas and alcohol. It is recommended to decant 2 hours before consumption.
With the best pieces of lamb, beef and game and with noble hard, cheeses. Great with spicy seafood delicacies.
