Wine barrique technology of the geographical origin of the Hvar vineyard from the best localities. It is produced by hand-picking the best grapes from the autochthonous Dalmatian cultivar Plavac mali with an average yield of 0.5 kg to 0.8 kg per bunch from the best southern localities of the island of Hvar - Pharos. Before bottling, the wine ages for a minimum of 36 months, of which 18 to 24 months in oak barrique barrels. We recommend serving with mandatory decanting 15-30 minutes before. Aging potential up to 10 years.
