Geographical origin Hvar vineyard from the best selected localities. It is produced by hand-picked grapes from the autochthonous Hvar cultivars Bogdanuša and Parča from the locality in the ancient Greek archaeological field after which the wine got its name and which is under the protection of UNESCO. Before bottling, the wine ages for a minimum of 18 months, of which 3-6 months in oak barrique barrels. Produced by maceration technology for 24 hours and sur lie for 9 months.
It is recommended to be served with white meat dishes and noble sea fish.
