Blend of three white varieties - Chardonnay, Malvasia and Sauvignon White. Grapes are very complex due to low yields, up to 1 kg per vine. It is processed quickly without maceration, with fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 15 months, with occasional mixing of sediment. After aging in barrels, the wine is additionally aged in stainless steel and a bottle, where the aromas are further combined. Exceptional wine, terroir wine, accentuated minerals and very long durability in the mouth.
Pair with mushrooms, truffles, smoked fish dishes and white meat.
