Straw yellow color, with seductive aromas of ripe pears and apples, with some notes of lime and grapefruit. Very fresh, with pronounced acids and traces of minerality. During production, malolactic fermentation was not performed, which preserved the natural freshness of the wine. Extremely fruity but at the same time creamy, with some sweet spices, obtained from aging in oak barrels. Very well balanced, full bodied, with a long, lively finish.
With roasted chicken, grilled tuna or pork chops with creamy sauce.
