This Pinot Noir perfectly manifest the most attractive assets of this unique variety. The wonderful scent of violets, cherries and wild strawberries spreads intensely from the glass. A little behind are the fine spicy aromas of tobacco and dark chocolate. A complicated scent that becomes more and more complex and interesting as it develops in the glass. At the end, the original floral-fruity notes end in sweet spices. The taste is also complex and at the same time very attractive. The distinctive fruitiness is covered with brilliantly dosed acids and spices that result from strong alcohol and the subtle influence of a wooden barrel. Macerated, aged for a year in wooden barrels.
