At Korak winery, production of Sauvignon is approached very carefully. Short maceration on the skin lasts for several days, fermentation takes place in wooden barrels of larger volume (3000-4000 l). After that, the wine matures on a fine residues for 10 months. If you smell nettle, cut grass or black currant in bloom, if you smell asparagus, pea or elderflower, be sure you hold a glass of Korak Sauvignon in your hand. Such a complex Sauvignon is a real treat for wine connoisseurs who expect something more from this variety.
