Barceló Organic is distilled from the fresh juice of organic sugar cane grown on its own property. On an area of only 1.5 km2, sugar cane grows freely, without chemicals, artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Before bottling, Barcelo Organic ages in new, unused American oak barrels. Intense amber color, notes of caramelized cherry, cocoa and tobacco predominate on the nose. On the palate, aromas of fleshy fruits such as cherry stand out, intertwined with notes of dried fruit and delicate tones of red pepper. The finish is long lasting with a soft, rounded finish. Ideal for a natural organic cocktail of your choice.
