Barceló Imperial Onyx is a rum blend aged for 10 years in used bourbon barrels. Filtration of Imperial Onyx is done through semi-precious onyx stone, which gives this rum a unique and mystical character. Robust rum with a deep mahogany color, full body, rich structure and pronounced character. The rich bouquet of this rum contains aromas of bread crust rounded off with a subtle touch of cherry, coffee and notes of nuts. The palate is dominated by intense aromas of vanilla and wood, which lead to a persistent long finish that delights all the senses.
