Sauvignon from Vezak is an excellent wine with luxurious, finely paired aromas of elderberry, tropical fruit, black currant and grapefruit. A wine with a solid structure, sharp acids, accentuated freshness, but also a strong enough body that makes acids and freshness harmonious and pleasant. The texture is almost oily, the aromas rich, grassy fruity and the taste is long.
Oysters, asparagus dishes, risottos, poultry, shrimp, but also small blue fish or sushi dishes.
