Aura is a blend of the varieties: Istrian Malvazija, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc produced from grapes growing on exceptional location of vineyards - Grimalda in Central Istria, on gray earth. Fast processing of grapes after delivery to the cellar. Controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, at lower temperatures, without maceration. Each variety is vinified separately, followed by blending. Aura is a fresh elegant wine, of fine structure, with pronounced minerality. Dominated by notes of green apple, white flowers, citrus and apricot with light hints of herbal notes. Drinkable and refreshing wine that is excellent in gastronomy due to food friendly minerals, but also excellent as an easy drinking wine to enjoy. The wine is not intended for longer aging in the bottle, it is recommended to consume it fresh.
