Saints Hills Mala Nevina 0.75l

Mala Nevina is a blend of Malvasia and Chardonnay, it comes to us from the vineyard of Sv. Ante, that belongs to Tolj family in Istria. The wine is made in Dalmatia at the Saints Hills winery, where it passes fermentation and aging. In many ways, this wine is a fresh performance of Nevina, the successful first blend from the vineyard of Sv. Ante. Mala Nevina is dominated by Istrian mlavazija with three quarters, while chardonnay with one quarter rounds off and fills the wine, giving it a stronger body. Varietal aromas of Malvasia predominate in the wine, floral aromas come to the fore, followed by aromas of ripe fruit, while at the end we feel the hints of tropical fruit. There is a very light, pleasant bitterness in the taste which gives the wine extra freshness.
