Medenica of the Rossi family is a traditionally produced Istrian spirit made from quadruple-distilled Istrian Malvasia pomace brandy enriched with fine floral honey. It is characterized by the golden color of honey and a dense structure that slowly slides down the glass. On the nose, notes of sweet chestnut and meadow flowers. Sweetness dominates the palate, ending with a fine, elegant and rounded aftertaste. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10 °C. It is served chilled and clean, without ice. It goes well alone or in combination with desserts and sweet and spicy dishes.
