A rich wine with intense aromas of ripe black and red fruits such as blackberries, blueberries and prunes. Spicy notes of black pepper, tobacco and dark chocolate can be felt in the background. The taste is perfectly balanced, with soft tannins, rich and juicy, with a sense of sweetness at the beginning and with an elegant freshness at the finish.
An excellent wine for those who haven't had the chance to try Carmenere, some will probably fall in love after tasting this sample and start exploring these wines further.
Red meats, steaks, wok with beef and vegetables, pork chops with dark sauces, pasta with bolognese sauce, lamb chops and ravioli with mushrooms.
