Rosé, pink wines or Opoli in Dalmatia are closer in color to red wines, and in taste to white wines. Most rosé wine is made from black grapes, but it is also possible to mix it with white grapes.
The color of rosé itself ranges from very light to darker pink, which depends on the grape variety and production method. Probably the most famous rosés come from France (hence their name), but they are produced in all wine regions of the world. Given the variety of flavors and intensity of sweetness, rosé wines can accompany you nicely on any occasion.
