Opolo Nobile wine is a rosé wine made from Plavac Mali grapes. It is produced by the technology of swelling after 6 hours, maceration is minimal, which gives a very delicate pink colour, similar to Provencal rosé wines. The aroma is hot (young wine) and fruity, and is dominated by red fruit (raspberries, strawberries), floral notes and light salinity on the palate. It is on the border of dry and semi-dry wine, which gives it a fullness of finely balanced acidity.
It goes well with salads, vegetarian and other lighter appetizers and dishes, like lighter cheeses (cow and even goat - due to aroma; feta, mozzarella, etc.)
