Malvasia produced in stainless steel, without maceration, fast processed, controlled fermentation. Fresh and elegant wine of medium structure, drinkable, with an attractive fruity aroma, accentuated minerality and a light retro taste reminiscent of bitter almonds. It lasts longer than ordinary wines, floral and herbal notes come to the fore with aging in the bottle. The wine has different purposes, due to its minerality and bitter retro taste. Wine is an easy drink for various occasions and is widely used in gastronomy.
