Malvasia from Kozlović is characterized by a fine pale gold colour. Pleasant, not too intense varietal character on the nose, reminiscent of ripe peaches, honey, dried spices and a bit of oriental notes. Complex, well-defined and refined wine. On the palate dry with a good balance of freshness and intense character, mineral. This wine is characterized by a medium body and ease of consumption, it is more expressive on the palate than on the nose. It ends with a long duration and a juicy finish.
Risotto with shrimps or prawns, risotto with mushrooms, white fish and fish from the stone, but also richer in texture fish such as salmon. Shellfish such as scallops, pasta with meat or seafood, chicken with cream sauce, grilled vegetables, Istrian fuži (pasta) with lighter sauces, white meat.
