A very powerful wine, with pronounced tannins, elevated alcohols and a pronounced fruit concentration dominated by the recognizable Plavac prunes. The grapes are well ripened and so are the high tannins of Plavac mali. They are almost powdery, which they will become soon without a doubt.

Roasted and spicy dishes like broth, pašticada (slow-cooked beef prepared in a rich red sweet and sour sauce) and venison, spicy and fatty fish, and our recommendation is roast goose or duck in red wine sauce.
