Kaiken Indomito Cabernet Franc brings a variety that is not common in Croatia. Indomito is very attractive, as its name suggests.
It is a bit unrestrained, very interesting, the wine is intense ruby red, full of aromas of herbs, jalapeno pepper, strong wine, finely balanced, fresh, with pleasant soft tannins.
Finely balanced wine with a lot of freshness, it will go well with lighter red meats, grilled meats, but also with various types of pastas with red sauces.
