Excellent straw yellow wine with golden edges, crystal clear and dense. A note of quince compote appears on the first nose, followed by a note of dried ferns, followed by a note of star anise and vanilla, and a note of aromatic herbs. The wine is dry, partly warm and soft, but on the other hand it has good freshness, slightly present tannins, excellent minerality and a full body. Malvasia Amphora is in excellent balance, the intensity of the taste is pronounced, and the taste lasts quite a long time. The wine is harmonious and delicious, and the aftertaste has a note of butter and ripe peaches and a pleasant bitterness of almonds.
