Rich and full Chardonnay with modern character, rich in fruit aromas such as apricots and apples, accompanied by abundant vanilla. The taste is full and strong, and yet very harmonious thanks to the nice balance of acids and the rest of the extract. Its greatest quality is an attractive and long-lasting retro taste of a spicy fruity character that lasts for minutes after drinking and invites a new sip. The wine was fermented in oak barrels, macerated for 6-12 hours and aged "sur lie" for 7 months. By boiling and aging in barrique barrels, it got a more complex taste and a richer texture. Short-term macerated, a quarter of the wine was aged in barrique and was paired in stainless steel tanks.
It goes well with white meat dishes and fish.
