This exceptional strong, dark beer has lustrous, deep dark-brown head, big at first and afterward it settles. Subtle nutty flavour, delicate bitterness, well-balanced between slightly sweet and pleasantly fresh. Complex, but not arogant. Lively carbonic acid plays on the tongue. What makes this full-bodied specialty go down so easily? It's balance between malt notes with touch of sweetness and pleasantly refreshing finish that reverberates long on the palate. Every sip leaves you wanting more.
The refreshing ERDINGER Dunkel goes especially well with game. This sharp dark beer can also be used to marinate steaks and other meats - giving them a unique and recognizable taste.
