The dark chocolate colour and compact creamy head from dark malt and tradicional bottle fermentation which also gives delicate aromas. When drinking, the wheat beer first hits the middle of the tongue. This leads to aromas of dried fruit, grapes and clove. Long-lasting taste experinece, creamy. Complex bouquet of flavours changes to dried apricots, as well as a hint of liquorice.
ERDINGER Pikantus, a strong-tasting beer, is not just a popular aperitif and a beer that goes with many dishes; its full, spicy aroma makes it an ideal base for barbecue sauces and marinades.
