Graševina from Enjingi is a well-defined wine with varietal aroma and hint of recognizable bitterness. Green yellow colour, matures averagely between 3 and 6 years before release, and when it is fully mature, honey aromas come to the fore. Pleasant, drinkable, well-balanced wine.

The wine is adaptable to various dishes, all types of white meat, in greasy and spicy combinations, and is especially stimulating with freshwater and sea fish.
