Dalmatian Dog

Dalmatian Dog was born from the collaboration of two prominent Dalmatian wineries, Testament from Jadrtovac near Šibenik and Black Island Winery from Smokvica on the island of Korčula, which combine their knowledge and passion for viticulture into one recognizable, accessible line of wines. Behind each label are experienced winemakers , Juraj Sladić at Testament and Igor Radovanović and Nikola Mirošević at Black Island, whose top series have won numerous gold and bronze medals at prestigious competitions such as Decanter and International Wine Challengea . Dalmatian Dog was created as a kind of overture to this world of award-winning wines, a brand that makes indigenous Dalmatian varieties, Babić from the Šibenik area and Pošip and Plavac Mali from the island of Korčula, available for everyday enjoyment, without losing the authenticity of the terroir . The wines are produced in a natural, almost traditional way, respecting the character of each variety and the climate from which it comes, from rocky vineyards by the sea to island terraces rich in minerality .
