Crvik Negromant Merlot barrique is a very interesting wine. Merlot from Konavle gives excellent results and shows full potential in this wine. Complex, full, fruity and delicious, deep ruby colours. The aromatic profile is dominated by red berries, raspberries, plums and black currants with delicate notes of wood and smoke. Very good body, excellent structure, fresh and strong, wine that you will enjoy both in summer and in winter. 

Red meat, aged, juicy meat, grill, steak, t-bone. Smoke from the grill will accompany the wine nicely. Also with Dalmatian specialties like prosciutto or sausages where the freshness of the wine will pair nicely with greasier food.
