Montes Merlot is a blend of Merlot and a smaller proportion of Carmenere,  beautiful deep ruby red colour. The scent provides an plenty of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries, with milky notes of toasted sugar, yogurt and caramel. The effect of aging in oak barrels is finely balanced with fruit aromas. Taste is soft. Rounded tannins and accentuated milky notes lead to a long-lasting and pleasant finish.

Light red meat, white meat, chicken in mushroom sauce and baked potatoes, meat and vegetable soup, corn and meat pie, humitas (Chilean tamales), lasagna.
