In Gran Malvasia we see the winemaker's ultimate commitment to detail, finely measured and dosed maturation in stainless steel which, when aged in a bottle before being released on the market, fills the wine and gives it complex and developed aromas. Without the influence of wood, this wine preserves and gives much more information about the terroir, the soil and the position from which it comes. The wine is creamy due to the influence of yeast, which is why the fruit aromas are less sharp and in better harmony with the rest of the wine.
White fish, fresh seafood, risotto, dishes based on white sauces, mushrooms, as well as slightly different dishes such as breaded shells, Japanese tempura or octopus meatballs.
