Clai Otocentto White is a blend of Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot Gris, the ratio of varieties changes  from vintage to vintage in the winemaker's effort to make the best wine. The wine is complex, rich, full of flavours, paired aromas that are further enriched by two years of aging in oak barrels. The complex aromatic profile of the wine is dominated by Malvasia with its varietal aromas, Pinot Gris has the greatest effect on colour, Sauvignon gives its part in freshness and all add notes of wood, oak. The wine is full-bodied and rich and lively in taste, long lasting, with a lot of lively sweetness at the finish.

Soft aromatic cheeses, pasta with creamy sauces, white meat with stronger sauces, white fish on potatoes from the oven , well aromatically spiced white fish.
