Rock Angel is a refined dry rosé made from grenache, cinsault and vermentin. It is produced only from the highest quality grapes in the Côtes de Provence region, which are then partially fermented in large oak barrels.
Designed not only as an aperitif wine, but a serious wine to pair with haute cuisine.
Pale pink color, with pronounced aromas of red berries and notes of nectarine and citrus. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and a juicy, creamy taste on the palate. The finish is elegant and long with some salty traces.
We recommend it as an aperitif or with fish dishes (such as grilled salmon, fried shrimp), with white meat, ham or pasta with creamy sauces.
