Sacha Lichine, the creator of the world's most famous rosé Whispering Angel, treated us to another superb Provençal rosé. The grapes for this wine come from the best terroirs of the Var region in the south of France. Harvesting takes place during the night to prevent oxidation processes and preserve optimal aromas. After gentle pressing, it is aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. The result is an elegant, creamier wine structure. The very name "The Pale" comes from its pale color, copper-pink tones. The nose exudes fruity aromas. In addition to the essential red fruits, fresh apples, peaches, yellow melons and pomelo are also present. It has a medium body, pronounced acids and a fruity, light taste. Dry, but very juicy dew. Regardless of the more than attractive packaging, do not wait too long to open; cool it well and enjoy the flavors and aromas of Provence.
Ideal as an aperitif with fruit and vegetable salads, light fish dishes and white meat dishes.
