Charles VII Blanc de Blancs is a refreshingly elegant cuvée with a golden color and persistent beading. On the nose, frequent aromas of white fruit such as pear give way to complex notes of toasted pastry when the wine is swirled. On the palate, there is a nice acidity brought by the aromas of white fruit, and then more rounded flavors intensify.
Lobster cooked in shell, green curry juice and carrot with pepper. Plate of fresh oysters, julienne of black radish and sesame seeds. Coda citrus and herb crust, creamy asparagus risotto.
