OPTIMIST GOLDING ALE: Beer brewed in the Golden Ale style, ie top-fermented beer, made of barley malt, with a small proportion of wheat malt and a mixture of Slovenian hops, of which Styrian Golding stands out. Gold and intentionally opaque colors, with refined and durable foam. In the mouth there is a slightly spicy taste of citrus and fruit aroma that comes from the ester according to the request and desire of the master brewer. Fresh, drinkable and balanced, it stands out for its dryness and mild, pleasant bitterness at the end, which encourages re-drinking. OPTIMIST is a sailboat for youngsters who are learning to sail: light, fairly fast and can get wherever the wind carries it.
