Bickens is a gin that perfectly combines tradition and modern approach to both taste and production process. The production uses hundred-year-old copper distillation boilers based on modern recapture and modern distillation boilers based on recipes over three hundred years old. Bickens contains only natural ingredients, and the flavour is derived from a blend of ten different herbs collected from around the world. In order to get the best out of the selected ingredients, the process begins with several hours of mixing the herbs and neutral alcohol before distillation, which contributes to the intensification of special flavors and the release of the characteristics of the ingredients used. The interior of the bottle reveals the story of tradition and modernization that characterizes this gin.
