Description

Bastiàn Rose is an attractive rosé dry wine made from the Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Franc (30%) varieties. It has a delicate color with a light-pink reflection. In the medium-intense fruity aroma, aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, red currant and orange blossom are recognizable. Fruity aromas, freshness and light structure give a delicate and refreshing finish.

The harvest was carried out in the second half of September, in the early morning fresh hours. The grapes are cooled to 10 – 12 ° C. Fast processing and a gentle pressing process avoid damage to the cuticle and the separation of color. Upon completion of fermentation, two flows were carried out from the fine yeast sediment, in order to preserve the freshness and precise fine fruitiness as much as possible.

Bastiàn Rose will pair ideally with almost any dish, and is the best choice for light meals, pasta, vegetables and seafood. Best served at a temperature of 8 to 10 °C.
