Description

Prosecco straw-yellow in color with greenish reflections and with the presence of a fine and persistent beading. The bouquet is intense, clean and fruity, typical for the glera variety. It has a full and dry taste, spicy and harmonious.

On the hills of the Valdobbiadene vineyards grow 16-year-old Glera vines that make up Casa Vittorino Prosecco.

For this prosecco, only the best, hand-picked bunches are selected and the production is done using the charmat method with the final aging in the bottle for a minimum of two months.

On its own as an aperitif, fish dishes, pizza, pasta and cheese and cured meat platters.
