Description

Hand-picked grapes from vineyards in the province of Treviso between 8 and 12 years old.

The sparkling wine was produced using the charmat method with final aging in the bottle, it is straw-yellow in color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent beading is present.

The bouquet is ethereal, delicate and characteristic due to the synergy of the aromas of the varieties specific to the Treviso region and the yeasts on which the wine was aged.

The taste is dry, balanced and full.

Gastronomic recommendation

Ideal with fish dishes, pasta and dishes with white meat.
