Zweigelt is an Austrian variety created by crossing the varieties Blaufrankisch (Frankovka) and St. Laurent. It is characterized by a rich harvest, which is why it is necessary to reduce yields.
Adžić's Zweigelt is macerated for 3-5 days, pressed and fermented in wooden barrels. It is characterized by a deep ruby color, the smell of currants and berries, and a very pleasant taste. Annual production does not exceed 4,000 liters.
Along with lamb, pork steak, hard cheeses such as Grana Padano and beef carcass. It will go well with all the best pork recipes.
