Adžić's Zweigelt is macerated for 3-5 days, pressed and fermented in wooden barrels. It is characterized by a deep ruby color, the smell of currants and berries, and a very pleasant taste. Annual production does not exceed 4,000 liters.
Along with lamb, pork steak, hard cheeses such as Grana Padano and beef carcass. It will go well with all the best pork recipes.
