This Riesling has great success with the domestic audience, a recognizable Riesling character, but without overemphasized saltiness, minerality, petroleum. A successful combination for the domestic market.
With fish, pasta, chicken. It is very pleasant with green olive tapenade and fried, salted almonds or pumpkin seeds.
