Rukatac is a high-quality wine obtained from the ancient grape variety of the same name (also called Maraština bijela) that is widespread in the Adriatic vineyards. In certain ecologically favorable years in Čarsko polje, it can achieve top quality. The wine is yellow-greenish in color, with fresh, discreet but spicy varietal aromas that in the Čar terroir are reminiscent of freshly crushed rue and a fragrant Mediterranean meadow, it has a fine bouquet, a dry and flickeringly refreshing taste.

With top-quality white fish such as grouper in the oven with potatoes.
