Description

La Belle Grand was produced using the Charmat fermentation method in tanks, and already during the harvest, the grapes were selected in the vineyard and in the cellar. The secondary fermentation and maturation of the sparkling wine on the fine lees took three months, and the whole process was carefully planned so that the Grand would be on the market before the holidays. Grand is a brut-style sparkling wine, which is one of the most sought-after in the world, and is characterized by the "beautiful beading" of numerous small bubbles.

The new La Belle Grand sparkling wine is excellent as an aperitif at holiday gatherings, and it will go well with traditional holiday specialties, such as roast lamb. For maximum enjoyment, bottles of Granda should be kept lying down, and before serving, cool to 6 to 8 degrees so that all the aromas and flavors come to the fore. It is extremely important to serve it in tall elongated glasses, in order to keep the pleasure of the bubbles as long as possible.
